What do you like best about the leadership team?
Aside from being outstanding professionals in their own right, they all work toward bettering the company and doing what's best for the long-term health of the company and its employees.
Commitment to being best in class.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Except advice for the actual employees running the operation and maintenance actually listen to suggestions that are made by them
Communication and trust stand up for what is right
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is the best part
Base salary is competitive in the market.
Salary/bonus is above market for my specialty & location.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Alot of ours lives are spent out here working with no appreciation or financial gains yet all executives get stock interest and bonuses while hourly employees get absolutely nothing for there hard work keeping this place together
Insurance is expensive and very minimal amount of 401k match
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is there to work but they are also willing to help
We spend so much time together you basically become a family
There is a strong sense of teamwork.
Hourly employees will do anything for each other

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees feel a sense of purpose.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Open communication and not everything John Burns says is the gospel
Being able to trust management all the way from supervisor to ceo none of them are trustworthy at the moment
What did you like most about the interview process?
Transparancy of the process. The questions were relatable and an open dialog
The actual hourly employees being involved
I had the opportunity to meet with the people I would be working with, including our CEO. It was a great process.
It was a welcoming experience.

Not sure possibly relationship between hourly and management
