The president and CEO really just want to get to know you and what you are really about. The main point is to see if you will mesh with the culture. Ruining that is their biggest fear by far. If you are a hard worker, get stuff done, and can help promote a healthy office environment you are good!
Review from Marketing Dept

It was informal when it needed to be, but also professional when necessary. It was a phone interview followed by an in-person interview, so it wasn't too intensive, but just thorough enough.

it was very professional and laid back and the interview questions are very interesting.
