One of the best things about my team is that we all work together very well. We can absolutely get to know each other on a personal level. This makes working together in the office and on projects that much easier and of better quality. Also, the team was designed to have very hard workers in place.

We're a close-knit team that all works together easily. We share the same goals and values as our company and coworkers.

It's an open office floor plan. Everyone is set up to interact with everyone, even if you are not in the same division. That atmosphere to me produces the highest quality of work. Having division crossover on strategy and client work, or even to generate ideas is super valuable!

We strive to be a company people want to work at, so our culture is always adjusting to meet that standard.

The president and CEO really just want to get to know you and what you are really about. The main point is to see if you will mesh with the culture. Ruining that is their biggest fear by far. If you are a hard worker, get stuff done, and can help promote a healthy office environment you are good!

I felt comfortable interviewing. The executive interviewing me made me feel relaxed and that there was not a lot of pressure on every answer I gave. They wanted to know more about who I was as a person rather than just referring to my resume.

Being able to work with a team that I can call my friends. Also feel like I am providing a difference and taking a client's business to the next level. Another perk is that the CEO and President sit on the floor with us. That interaction and feeling comfortable to approach them goes a long way!
