What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's an open office floor plan. Everyone is set up to interact with everyone, even if you are not in the same division. That atmosphere to me produces the highest quality of work. Having division crossover on strategy and client work, or even to generate ideas is super valuable!

We strive to be a company people want to work at, so our culture is always adjusting to meet that standard.
The culture is laid back, everyone wears what they want. If you need to take a break you just have to get up and take one as long as you get your job done and don't overdo it you are golden. The most important thing is that you Can Work from home if you have to.

The environment is really laid back. We have music playing all the time, dogs in the office, pizza Fridays, etc.

everyone is relaxed, but we still get our stuff done. there's a dog running around the office and music on all day. It's an enjoyable environment to come to.
The office is pet friendly and you can talk to management like they're anyone else in the office, just another friend. Most of all, everyone has an opportunity to grow their skills and develop their talents.
