Reward fairly for the work they do and set clear expectations, so employees can actually achieve one.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare and our options package.
All of it is really great. Amazing health benefits, great office, incredible unique benefits like fertility, sabbatical, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would greatly like to be evaluated for my official position change as Inbound Receiving Clerk

everyone has different experience levels but we are all willing to learn and help each other
