What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have fantastic healthcare, and unlimited PTO. We are encouraged to take care of ourselves and our home life, despite the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing company. We are currently working to improve and grow our benefits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is transparent with the whole company and keeps us informed and aligned at every step of the process. I feel like part of a team working toward a whole instead of someone who works for someone else's company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Despite being a mostly dispersed team, we make it a point to come together online through our slack channels and meetings. There is overall great rapport between the entire company and we have access to everyone we work with on a daily basis.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing a successful and happy customer that wants to advocate for us. The stories we received are incredible. LucidLink transforms their workflows with little to no training, zero downtime, and allows for team expansions, safer working environments for their employees, and lower cost of operating.
