My colleagues are great. Smart, warm, friendly and not overly formal. You do feel like you can be yourself at work.

Most of them have great experience. They come from strong backgrounds in relevant industries. There are a few issues with executives promoted from within.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My first screen with a recruiter was fantastic. She was open and honest about the good things and the bad. Took a realistic approach on how they are trying to solve some of these issues.
