The company is amazing. Their product is a game changer in so many ways. Unfortunately there are big issues with turnover and employee satisfaction.

Most of them have great experience. They come from strong backgrounds in relevant industries. There are a few issues with executives promoted from within.

They listen to everyone. They act when appropriate. They think ahead and leave egos at the door.

Our leadership team is transparent with the whole company and keeps us informed and aligned at every step of the process. I feel like part of a team working toward a whole instead of someone who works for someone else's company.

We have fantastic healthcare, and unlimited PTO. We are encouraged to take care of ourselves and our home life, despite the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing company. We are currently working to improve and grow our benefits.

Everyone is wicked smart. They are intelligent and not afraid to try fail iterate.

My colleagues are great. Smart, warm, friendly and not overly formal. You do feel like you can be yourself at work.

Despite being a mostly dispersed team, we make it a point to come together online through our slack channels and meetings. There is overall great rapport between the entire company and we have access to everyone we work with on a daily basis.
