The company is divided. There are certainly good pockets. My team and a couple others are having a lot of fun and enjoying themselves. It seems most other teams I encounter are stretched too thin and are suffering from lack of alignment.

My team is fun! We do a lot to make sure we enjoy our work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has good values, but I see fewer and fewer leaders adhering to them or taking them seriously.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process varies from team to team. Some do it well. Others are so desperate for people, they are making big mistakes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is good. Benefits are meh. We have no way to know what our shares are worth and no one will answer that question or even address it.
