What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their commitment to employees and supporting employees aspirations
Most execs take the corporate values seriously. For the orgs headed by those execs, it penetrates deep into the org and defines a unifying way of doing business and a positive company culture. For the ones that don't take the values seriously, see the negative reviews to see how well that works out.
These MFers are doing it right!!! I love this company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Having a plan for accomplishing goals.
They need to have more one to one session with employee since they are a startup and not a big MNC
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pto is good and the 401k is also a good amount

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes . Because no one appreciate you .
Salary is good. Benefits are meh. We have no way to know what our shares are worth and no one will answer that question or even address it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great team work and great executive team for support
Everyone, for the most part, wants to contribute.
My team is fun! We do a lot to make sure we enjoy our work.
We are the ones that have the ability to create the processes that will grow the company.
The people! We have the best people in the industry.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to do better in terms of understanding and avoid negitive remarks about stakeholders
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The dedication of the employees
The company has good values, but I see fewer and fewer leaders adhering to them or taking them seriously.
We all want the same thing. We band together and work for mutual success. We all do our best to honor our fellow teammates and our customers.
Everyone is nice and cares about your ideas
I love coming into work because our culture is work hard and have fun doing it

I want to get out of it as soon as I got the opportunity
What did you like most about the interview process?
Was fairly simple and informative
Interview process varies from team to team. Some do it well. Others are so desperate for people, they are making big mistakes.
It was fluid, direct, and authentic.
It was a bit difficult but it made me feel I was joining an elite team
The values were part of every interview.
