Luma is a great company but there are employees/executive leadership that severely lack accountability which affects morale among other coworkers (and it shows). I think every company will have their challenges but accountability is the main concern at Luma since we don't do performance reviews.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Our company is at a crossroads currently in where we have the opportunity to change our industry and corporate culture. However, that timeline is slowly shrinking and we are missing out on industry opportunities. We need to move faster as an organization to achieve our strategic goals.

Health, dental, vision, and 401k.

Being able to contribute to the company and make it better.

The ability and challenge to tackle new tasks and projects every day/month.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We try to have a positive culture but it's impacted by some of the negative things said around the office.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits, 401(k), and time off package is great. Luma is constantly improving their benefits package and trying to make it better.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers needs to get better at being positive in the workplace. Our environment in the office is negative and it reflects in our work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Luma team is great at collaborating and is known to "work hard, play hard". We like to have fun as much as we work and we are a very collaborative team environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our ELT needs to get better at focusing on 2-3 main strategic goals and not more than that. They try to "bite off more than they can chew" by taking on too much and it disaggregates the company and its culture.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The executive leadership team needs to get better at not "biting off more than we can chew". The leadership team needs a concise 2-3 strategic goals and to stick to them. Instead, they have 15-20 strategic goals that we do mediocre rather than doing 2-3 goals really well.
