My manager is a driving force in making sure I learn more. I feel like Luma is investing in my human capital because of this.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the concept of "peer bonuses." We can give a cash bonus to someone at Luma but not on our team once per quarter (along with a shout-out that gets displayed in Slack").
