My team is amazing. So is my direct manager. Work from home and benefits are both great. Feels like there is a disconnect between general employees and upper management that just gets worse and worse. Tired of feeling like they're not listening, no matter how much they say they are.
Love the new ELT, systems and ptocesses are antiquated and time consuming, products are not competitive
