Their heart's in the right place but they're not taking the bold steps needed to realize their vision (shedding non-contributing assets).
I think the leadership is great, people do great things here and it makes me very happy and makes me stay positive.

I feel like were fighting a constant uphill battle day over day and upper management just keeps tossing more boulders down at us to dodge or deal with. The whole workforce is exhausted. We lost so many people during the pandemic that were never replaced. We all have to do more work with less time.
Compensation is impossible to attain thus serves no purpose. My job is largely administrative rather then strategic due to lack of investment in systems and tools
A raise on occasion would be helpful to keep up with inflation.
No pay raises on management level, however employees get COLA annually in which management is excluded. In some cases, employees are earning more then their managers!
We all agree that we are being taken advantage of when it comes to pay
Everyone works together and it makes it a great work environment.

Nothing really...indo not see a future with this company.
Everyone is helpful and super nice.
Stop making changes to the culture every five seconds. Listen to your employees in the trenches. Stop talking in acronyms, jargon, and buzzwords. Stop assuming a level of communication without you that doesnt exist. Stop saying one thing and doing another.
Have a culture, there isn't one.

Flexibility options, benefits, PTO, being appreciated and respected by my teammates and coworkers, bring trusted to do my job and do it well, and being understood and completely open with my boss all the time.
That its such a positive work environment. Everyone is super nice, and works together.
Sell assets and reduce headcount that doesn't help realize the stated vision. Use the cash savings to invest in the vision.
Too many mergers, bad leadership afterward. People more concerned about their position rather then doing the job. Most are so far removed, intentionally, that they have no idea what the day to day experience of the front line sales organization is.
We need new leaders whi know how to manage.
