The culture of my company tries to be inclusive and get employees involved in projects and affairs beyond work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
On certain days, I feel that too much work is being assigned to my team and we are not being provided enough resources/support to get the work done. There needs to be better communication between my team and management.
