As a manager I am overloaded at this moment. I would like the responsibilities to be spread in a better way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all colleagues who started as regular team members, technical people, and naturally worked their ways up the management ladder. Hence they are very well connected to the work their subordinates perform.
