Luxmed is so much better than Medicover in my country. Also salary is competitive and I'm happy about it.

Live coding with interviewer, where we would discuss problem at hand together and not just let me code in silence alone.

We are able to connect not only professionally, but also to share our personal interests. They are focused on our project and always eager to help.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to do what I love - write code. I have only one daily meeting and apart from this I just create code, and It's great!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My line manager always points that if I need to take a day off or sick leave or anything, I should do it. He's not only focused on project but on us as a persons.
