writing live code in codility (customer's demand actually)

there is no team for me in this company - all guys are on the customers side; except line manager, who is quite nice guy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
wage is median for the market in my location; no equities/stocks at all; benefits - only medical insurance (quite limited by the way); although it's possible to get a bonus if you take additional job at the same company; however it's hard to negotiate.
