Mature management, transparency in relationships. Managers are translators of the company's values, act as role models.

They are very supportive, ready to help, and listen to your feedback. I feel that my opinion is quite important.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our people are our core value, they are all translators of the corporate culture. But after almost 2 years of remote work, it is not so obvious and I'm afraid that our people will not associate themselves with the company but mostly with the projects.
