I joined the company 6 years ago. Since then I accessed over 20 internal trainings that helped me develop my soft and technical skills. What I like most at this company are the people though. Always supportive, and nice. Really great culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
I do what I like and my efforts are noticed and appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we're likeminded and very comfortable with each other when sharing ideas or feedback. There's somewhat a competition as well, but I se this as a positive aspect.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility is the most important one. I can work remotely from anywhere I want, I can arrange my time management so I can easily juggle between personal and work task.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, clarity when it comes to communication, and in the last months I noticed a very important quality - empathy and a genuine desire to help and support the team members. I appreciate this a lot.
