it always has enough work positions, so if you get bored of your current project, you could switch to any most challenging one
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that annual analyze of market salaries would be a good approach. so after analyze is done the salaries should be reviewed. especially for the most valueable empoyees
