What did you like most about the interview process?
It was simple, on point and done through zoom keeping in mind the safety concerns regarding covid 19.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary provided by Luxoft is fair for me. There have been rewards for all employees regularly other than the compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is young, communicative and from different work cultures. So each and everyone brings something to the table. They are a fun bunch too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no pressure for task completion, we get sufficient time to do so. As we are students this is extremely helpful for us.
