That I own my time, my work life have a lot of balance with my personal life. They trust you to do the things, and that's pretty awesome.

They company is always worry about happiness. It is the thing that they emphasises everyday you work there. You even have a lot of short meetings every month where they check if you are happy, or if you are stress and what they can do for you.
