Leadership team works a lot to make Luxoft better and better. And they are interested in employees opinion.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Remote work. I have new PC and all other equipment for my work. Culture in company is very progressive, especially of compare with local business in our country.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my project we work from any city of our big country but still have salary range connected to region. I would like to have the same salary as colleagues from other regions as we have the same responsibilities.
