What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Luxoft has a culture of openness and collaboration, to the point of treating the staff as one big global family. I can easily connect with any Luxoft employee, regardless of location or position, so collaboration here is fast and efficient.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to connect with my interviewers on a human level. All the questions that I have been asked were on point, both helping to define if I was fit for the position and helping me make a balanced decision about choosing this company. The speed and feedback were also excellent throughout.
