My teammates, they are wonderful people, I really enjoy my time working with them.

The speed of the process, I came out from the interview with an offer to sign... so it was pretty quick...

Commitment, people here have shown they are capable and willing to complete tasks in time so the projects keep in good shape.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is the best about compensation, there is still room for improvement in other areas, but overall I think we are well paid.
