After one round of interviews, Luxoft sent me a thanks package with a Luxoft t-shirt, a notebook and a thanks card!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd like better benefits, there are a lot of IT companies that are doing the things better than Luxoft, and instead of compare itself with them, luxoft is comparing with Amdocs, EPAM, but definitely they should take a look in what Brighcove, Wizeline, Accenture, and other great companies.
