They are great at setting and communicating the strategic direction we'll take and, during execution, they are very detailed oriented without losing sight of the final goal.

At every step, I was informed of my progress through the interviewing process, even when the process took longer than expected, my recruiter was always there to reassure me.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm relatively new at my job so everyday I get to face challenges and situations which might be new to me, also having the certainty that my work is contributing to something worthwhile.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The emphasis of keeping a good balance between work and personal time. Also, we put a lot of effort in maintaining a relaxed environment even though the pace of our work is extremely fast.
