The fact that we have our leaders / manager support, we can count on them to resolve any issue that we need help with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Luxoft culture is awesome, the most important is thte work-life balance we have, that's is something we really appreciate, there is no doubt about it. I really like it!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always open to communicate to the company what is going on, what are the plans to improve and what are we doing good or bad, and improve it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think is almost to be "complete", still not at same level as other competitors but I think the HR team is working to improve compensation package in order to include more benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of them are quialified to do the tasks they are assigned to, if not Luxoft are commited and open to make them to be at level required, providing courses, trainings, knowledge share meetings, etc.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The Recruitment team is very friendly and is always open to assist you on every question you have. They are people just like us and they communicate the progress on a very good way, making each of us fealing comfortable with the process.
