That I feel like I'm the owner of my time, it is an objective-oriented work environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free coffee, snacks, secure parking, internal mobility, just because random celebrations, constant capacitation courses, internal team additional projects.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was not expecting them to give me an opportunity to grow so much, I had to be honest about not knowing certain technical stuff but they value my soft skills for teamworking and my willing to learn.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The feeling like you can go to talk to anyone on the company as they do not feel either above or below you, it is like there is no hierarchy because in the end we are all human beings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make you feel like they are like you or any other person on the company, they are sitting in an open area just like the rest of us and, they invite you to talk about anything you think that could improve our company.
