It really depends on the team and on the project. I have a great manager and I am really inspired of working with her and with the manager of the brand marketing team. Some of the projects though are really hard and working for the roles under that customers are hard to close.

The appraisal is slow for the administrative roles, it would be good to be paid more attention to that
