I work as a contractor at the customer's site, where the majority are bank employees. In general, the team is qualified and focused on the best result. Overtime pays poorly, but it's so interesting to work that it's addicting
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the outbreak of the pandemic, the company abandoned annual interviews and consideration of the wishes of employees. When you get a good result, the company does not pay compensation to the employee. It's not a pleasant fact of working in a good team.
