Mr. Michael A. Boxer, Esq., has been an Executive Vice President and Group General Counsel of Luxottica Group S.p.A. since April 2011. Mr. Boxer served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of North America at Luxottica Group SpA since September 2005 until April 2011. Mr. Boxer was responsible for overseeing all legal matters for North American retail and wholesale operations since 1993. He held various other executive roles since joining Luxottica Group Spa in 1993. Prior to joining Luxottica, he served as a Corporate Attorney with the law firm of Winston & Strawn in New York. He has been a Director of RayBan Sun Optics India Limited since February 15, 2012. Mr. Boxer received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University and his Law degree from the New York University School of Law.
