Sabina Grossi — - at Luxottica

Ms. Sabina Grossi served as the Head/Director of Investor Relations of Luxottica Group S.p.A of Cole National Corp. from 1996 to 2004. Ms. Grossi served as a Financial Analyst of Caboto Sim S.p.A. She joined Luxottica Group S.p.A., the holding company of Cole National Corp., in 1996. From 1991 to 1993, Ms. Grossi was an Associate Professor in the School of Engineering of the La Sapienza University in Rome, where she taught undergraduate courses as well as published papers on mathematics and statistics. From 1994 to 1996, she was a financial analyst at the Caboto Sim brokerage firm, based in Milan. She has been a Director of MolMed S.p.A. since April 22, 2013. She served as a Director of Luxottica Group S.P.A. since June 25, 2003. She served as a Director of Fonciere des Regions. She served as a Member of Supervisory Board of Fonciere Des Murs. Since 2007, Ms. Grossi is a C.P.A. in Italy, graduated with the highest honors from the LUISS University in Rome with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Economics.
