Mr. Stefano Grassi has been the Chief Financial Officer at Luxottica Group S.p.A. since October 29, 2014 and has been its Executive Director since December 15, 2017. Mr. Grassi served as Group Controlling & Forecasting Director at Luxottica Group SpA since 2012. From 2008 to 2012, he served as Group Controller of the Retail business and from 2007 to 2008, he served as Finance Manager of Luxottica Retail North America. Before joining Luxottica, beginning in 1998, he held various position at General Electric in Italy, the United States, Spain, France and Hungary until, in 2005, he became Chief Financial Officer of General Electric Capital Commercial Finance Italia. He has been a Director of Luxottica South Pacific Holdings Pty Limited since November 12, 2014. Mr. Grassi holds a degree in Business Administration from La Sapienza University in Rome.
