What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Trust, but verify. What senior leaders are told about projects and progress is often false. There are lots of incorrect statements repeated by leadership based off of bad information and a workforce too scared to speak up and correct them.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Large variations between executives. Overall C-Suite level is great and forward thinking. Below that level there are inspirational leaders that are supportive working alongside disingenuous sycophants. The former make the latter tolerable and help employees successfully make positive changes.

Stop micromanaging. Understand what your employee does and that everything doesn't happen at the drop of a hat.
