What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. A lot of effort to communicate about the business and what's going on. Honest and open conversations. I feel valued and trusted.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've received raises and equity based on performance without asking
We have had two rounds of voluntary stick option programs in the past two years. These give everyone a chance to get more equity in the business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has something to bring to the table
People are extremely helpful and I feel that they have my back. No noticeable politics, just making it happen together.

People are always willing to help and it's ok to ask for help
Trust between people. Safe to share opinions and ask for advice.

I had the opportunity to talk to several people. It was good to understand different points of view and ask about expectations and challenges.
