Working on the fundamentals of the job. Putting less emotion into their work and putting more logical solutions to their work. Also getting rid of the work/ life balance among millennials

For me everything is good
Everything is covered under my current compensation package.
I love the job and the employees everybody is friendly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well the boss is very rude. Plus he uses all the money for himself. I get paid less.
Could be more an hour and have better benefits
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are the nicest people to WORK with not hangout
Team is very strong but it could be stronger with less emotion in the workplace
