For me everything is good

Everything is covered under my current compensation package.

I love the job and the employees everybody is friendly

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Well the boss is very rude. Plus he uses all the money for himself. I get paid less.

Could be more an hour and have better benefits
