Mr. Jones serves as Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of M&T Bank, Inc. He has been Executive Vice President of M&T Bank Corporation since 2006. He served as its Senior Vice President since 2005. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of M&T Bank from 2005 to May 2, 2016. Mr. Jones served as the Chief Financial Officer of M&T Bank Corporation since April 2005 and its Executive Vice President since 2006. He served as Chief Financial Officer of M&T Asset Management. Mr. Jones served as Senior Vice President at M&T Bank Corporation and served as its Manager of Financial Performance Measurement Department. He began his career with M&T in 1992 as an Executive Associate. He has been the Vice Chairman of Wilmington Trust Corporation since May 16, 2011. He is a trustee of M&T Real Estate since 2005. Mr. Jones serves as Treasurer on the Board of Shea's Performing Arts Center. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Jones received his undergraduate degree in Management Science from Boston College and holds Masters degrees in Finance and in Organization and Markets from the University of Rochester's William E. Simon School of Business.
