Transparent communications. Understanding the nuts and bolts of what the employees actually do. Understand how the lower than industry standard pay hurts the company. Understand how all of this best practices work is undermining employees.
Internal communications are terrible, there needs to be more transparency
Increased pay. We pay less than industry standard.
Our salaries as a rule are the lowest in an already low paying industry. They should increase to at least meet the standard.
Smart, fun people. Lots of understanding of what needs to be done. Teamwork.
Learn how to act in an open plan office. Not be so petty and passive aggressive
