I will only talk about negative aspects of working for MadMobile. There are a fair bit of positive aspects. The biggest negative is the fact that you are treated as pawns, you are rated and micromanaged all the time every level of the org is micromanaged.
I like the culture and the convenience of working downtown. I do hope that they will be a bit more flexible in terms of having possibly 2 -4 wfh days in the mo. Currently it's in office 5 days / wk
