Executive Bio
Mr. Daniel N. Gregoire has been a General Counsel of Magellan Health, Inc. since January 18, 2005 and has been its Secretary since January 2005. Mr. Gregoire served as an Executive Vice President of Magellan Health Services Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Oxford Health Plans, LLC. While at Oxford, he was responsible for all of the health plan's legal affairs including SEC reporting, governance, compliance and litigation, as well as advice to senior management and the board of directors. He was Attorney and Partner with Sheehan, Phinney, Bass and Green P.A., where he worked since 1981. During his nearly 20-year tenure, he practiced in the areas of corporate and securities law with an emphasis on the health care industry. He is Member of the American Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. Mr. Gregoire holds Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University.
