Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Increased compensation, recognition, more RSU and RSU refreshers and secondary market to liquidate RSU until a proper liquidation event.

Better merit increases Fully paid bonuses Stock option refreshers and opportunities to liquidate soon and often

Annual increases lower than inflation rate. Stocks are not liquid, have little value, and are not refreshed. Salary is ok but far from competitive.
