What do you like best about the leadership team?
easy to communicate and very helpful
I really appreciate the transparency. They listen and they encourage everyone to share feedback. They also don't pretend they know all the answers.

Making employees feel valued and incentivized to go the extra mile.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair base salary. Great commission potential but impossible to meet quotas so dont expect to overachieve your commission.
Full in hand, less deduction
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Provide equity and bonus compensation to more than just the highest kevels. Better benefits and perks.

Move from a purely generating revenue focus to a more holistic focus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The respect everyone has for each other and the willingness for people to take risks and share ideas

Provide more work life balance
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet with several of the managers and team members. They were honest about what was great and what they were still working on

Improve the culture first, and a better process will follow.

When my boss is out of the office
Having my productivity and efforts noticed and feeling accomplished/appreciated.
Seeing the difference I am able to make on our team and being recognized for it
