What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hiring within. Not hire people with 0 qualifications. Firing people who speak up to voice an issue or illegal actions done by the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Credit, particularly as a woman
Makerbot barely pays half of what the industry standard is and still tries to defend themselves as a leader. There are people that are paid less than when they had a job at the mall during high school.

Listening skills, moments to think and network, a respectful workplace atmosphere
