He worked in the telecom industry for almost 21 years in the area of business, technology and IT. He has extensive experience in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy, Customer Service Delivery, Project Management, Commercials and Contracts Management, Telecom Technology Management and IT, Business turnaround and improving profit margins and People Management. He has travelled across the globe. He served as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer at Bakrie Telecom. He has been a Director of Manpower Services India Pvt. Ltd. since December 14, 2012. Mr. Rao served as Director of Wireless TT Info Services Ltd. and Viom Networks Limited. Mr. Rao holds a Post Graduate Certification in Electronics Engineering. Mr. Rao holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the Bangalore University, India.
