He served as President of Asia Pacific & Middle East Operations at Manpower Inc., holding company of Clarendon Parker Middle East FZ LLC and Manpower Services (Australia) Pty. Ltd. since January 2009 and served as its Executive Vice President since May 2007. He served as President for Japan at Asia Global Crossing LTD. since November 1999. Mr. Green served as President of Asia and Pacific Operations at Manpower Inc. from May 2007 to December 2008. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of TATA Teleservices Ltd. until May 26, 2007. Mr. Green served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of AT&T Japan LTD., from May 1998 to July 1999 and AT&T Jens from September 1995 to July 1999. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone K.K, a subsidiary of Vodafone Group PLC until June 2004. Mr. Green serves as an Executive Director of Global Access Limited. He serves as Representative Director of J-PHONE Co. LTD. He served as an External Director of Japan Telecom Holdings Co. Ltd. He served as External Director of Softbank Mobile Corp. He served as an Executive Director of Vodafone K.K. He served as a Director of Hutchison Global Crossing LTD. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Japan Telecommunications Association and as a Member of the Mizuho Financial Group's advisory board. He is a Member of key study committees of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications in Japan. Mr. Green holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a BA in Japanese/Asian studies from Brigham Young University.
