John McGinnis — Executive VP, CFO & Head of Investor Relations at ManpowerGroup

Mr. John T. McGinnis, also known as Jack, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at ManpowerGroup Inc. since February 15, 2016 and as its Head of Investor Relations since February 15, 2017. Mr. McGinnis served as Chief Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President of HSBC North America Holdings Inc. and served as its Chief Financial Officer. He served as Chief Financial Officer of HSBC USA Inc. until January 4, 2014 and its Executive Vice President from August 2009 to January 4, 2014. He joined ManpowerGroup from Morgan Stanley where he was Global Controller responsible for financial accounting and controls, SEC and regulatory reporting, financial planning and analysis and the finance function for their large U.S. Bank. He was senior executive vice president at HSBC USA Inc from August 2009 to July 2010. Mr. McGinnis served as Chief Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President of HSBC Finance Corp. since July 2008. He served as Chief Accounting Officer of HSBC Bank USA and HSBC USA Inc. since August 2009. Mr. McGinnis served as Executive Vice President of HSBC Bank USA from August 2009 to July 2010. He served as Controller of HSBC North America Holdings Inc. since April 2006. He joined Ernst & Young LLP in 1989, as a Senior Manager in both its Chicago and San Francisco offices, before being a Partner in Toronto. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) and a Chartered Accountant (Canada). Mr. McGinnis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Public Accounting, from Loyola University of Chicago.
