Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because the nature of the company's business, the pay scale is heavily lean to the actuarial staff. Even thoughts, I am probably working on the same level of data analytical project, my pay is significantly lower. I want my pay is either in par with the actuarial dept. or least in the ball-park.
